New Teacher PJ!!

Being the new teacher in IAC is a little intimidating but it is nice having very enthusiastic students. When I first entered IAC, several students were very timid and not so open about talking.
I’m glad to know many of the students are opening up to fellow staff members and me in the New Year.
When students pause for a long time, I know they are thinking of the best answer. However, the silence makes me worry about the other students in the classroom that want to try English. If I could say something to every student in the world, to every person in the world, it would be to say what you are thinking. If it is wrong, we will help you. 
If it is right, we will praise you.
My favorite part of every lesson is the warm up.
Talking with the students about their life makes me happy because they are trying to use “everyday English”. When my students can freely say what they did during the week, I feel like they gained the confidence to go anywhere and speak ANY language they want!
Stay strong everyone! Study hard! 
And don’t panic!
